"I just signed in for an appointment and the app was rough. It kept crashing on medication input, and then on pharmacy input. I was never able to add my pharmacy. Tried on my iPad and same issue. The question format is also a little restrictive for when I'm unsure of exact dates . It's a good concept but needs work to really be useful."
